We'll soon be closing on not one, not two, but THREE homes with qualified, deserving families to wrap up 2024 and we have no intentions of slowing down. We're keeping our home building momentum going and are excited to reopen our homeowner application window! We're offering two orientation sessions on Saturday, January 4, to help those interested in becoming a Habitat homeowner understand the requirements, process, and timeline before spending time and energy on an application.
For example, someone might realize the process is not a “quick fix” to their current situation or they might realize they make too much or too little income based on their family size. We can answer questions and perhaps even help them access other resources.
Attendance at one of these sessions is required prior to application:
