By building smaller, thoughtfully-designed homes while maximizing available land, Habitat for Humanity of Central Arkansas is creating a neighborhood that expands access to homeownership while fostering connection and community.
Why smaller homes now?
Housing needs are changing, and not every household needs—or can afford—a larger, traditional home. Many potential Habitat homeowners are:
