As we celebrate the retirement of our friend and board member, Rich Dunlap, from his long and successful career at Darragh Company, Habitat for Humanity of Central Arkansas is overwhelmed with joy and gratitude. In honor of Rich and his wife Dena, Darragh Company and the Darragh Family have made a transformational gift to sponsor our new tiny home. This generous investment reflects Rich’s love for his community, Habitat for Humanity, and his belief that every family deserves a safe, decent, and affordable place to call home. At his retirement party, guests signed 2" x 4"s that will be used in construction of the home.

This special home is designed by Rural Studio at Auburn University and built by our Habitat team and volunteers. Construction is now underway, and we look forward to welcoming a future homeowner when the home is completed in the spring of 2026.
We could not be more thankful for Darragh Company, the Darragh Family, and for Rich. His leadership on our board, his support of our mission, and his unwavering commitment to Central Arkansas families continue to inspire us every day. Congratulations on your well-deserved retirement, Rich!
