Two New Homeowners Closing Next Month

It’s always a pleasure to check in with you each month and give you news and progress reports.

Last week, two new homebuyers set their closing dates, signed their partnership agreements with us, and have set their closing dates for mid-October! One of these has just selected her homeowners insurance company and we can now estimate that her monthly mortgage payment for her very own 3BR/2BA home will be $400 less than her monthly rent payment for a 2BR/1BA apartment! Saving monthly dollars, growing equity, finding stability – that’s what your support makes possible.
