Progress is being made on our new build on Pinewood Circle, and it already has a nickname. We call it PJ for "Pinewood Junior." This charming one bedroom, one bath home now has a roof overhead and is more than 30% complete. This home represents an exciting milestone for Habitat for Humanity of Central Arkansas. PJ is our first home designed in partnership with Rural Studio, a program of the School of Architecture at Auburn University known for creating affordable, energy-efficient homes.
While construction is moving along beautifully, PJ is waiting for its future homeowner. That future owner could be YOU or someone you know who is ready for a safe, affordable place to call home.
If you are interested in applying for this precious small home, please contact Manuela at manuela@habitatcentralar.org to learn more about qualifications and next steps. Your path to homeownership could begin right here on Pinewood Circle!
