As a ReStore Associate, no two days are ever the same! A typical day will include the following responsibilities:

 

  • Work in Habitat for Humanity ReStore, responsible for assisting customers

  • Assist in maintaining warehouse inventory and organizing in a manner that best assists the overall operation

  • Problem solve and pivot based on each day’s current requirements as inventory and frequency of drop-offs and deliveries change

  • Work effectively with customer service representatives, leadership, and donors

  • Assess value of donations and assign a price based on assessment

  • Goal-Oriented: Work with a sense of urgency, striving for efficiency that consistently meets production goals

  • Customer-Focused: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly greeting and assisting donors in the loading and unloading of donated items

  • Ability to bend, lift, move product between containers and work on one's feet for an entire shift; often standing in a stationary position and

  • Lift and move up to 75 pounds of donations on a regular basis.
