No two days are ever the same! A typical day will include the following responsibilities:
Work in Habitat for Humanity administrative offices, responsible for providing advanced level, confidential support, and assistance to the organization’s directors
Responsible for schedule management, office management, communication liaison, information preparation, company records management, data analysis, and representing the directors to others
Handles internal and external information and communications. Fully understands operations and procedures of the entire organization
Develops reports and maintains departmental files across the entire organization
Organize and coordinate administrative activities including, but not limited to marketing, social media, board and committee meetings, real estate transactions, and compliance with external laws and policies.

Excellent computer skills: proven experience in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
