Become a Pre-Qualified Bidder

There are two ways of bidding on bid requests for Habitat for Humanity of Central Arkansas and Pulaski County Neighborhood Alliance for Habitat. 1. Bid individually on open bid requests. To respond to individual bid requests, you will need to provide all requested paperwork and follow all instructions in the bid request. Open bid requests are listed on this page and you may sign up to be notified when new bid requests are posted. Please note that you DO NOT automatically become a Pre-Qualified Bidder by submitting documents with a bid response. You MUST fill out the Pre-Qualified Bidder Application and return it separate from a bid response. 2. Become a Pre-Qualified Bidder. This means that you fill out a Pre-Qualified Bidder Application, including paperwork and certifications, in advance of responding to bids. Once you become a Pre-Qualified Bidder, you will need to re-qualify each calendar year. For each year you qualify, you will not have to submit the following documents with bid responses unless something has changed:

  1. Contractor Application
  2. Federal Certifications
  3. Insurance certificates
  4. Business and trade licenses
  5. W9

Frequently Asked Questions about the Bidding Process for

Habitat for Humanity of Central Arkansas

and the Pulaski County Neighborhood Alliance for Habitat

What are your opening hours and location?

Private Play is available 9am - 7pm weekdays and 9am - 8pm on Saturdays and 9am to 6pm on Sundays. Open Play / Drop In is available every weekend between 12pm - 8pm, but please call ahead as the space can get rented out for private parties. Please contact us with your party / event needs and we will gladly help coordinate. Finding us is a little tricky: We are located at 121 Webster Avenue in Chelsea, MA and we can be found in the same facility as Archery Games Boston and Room Escape Boston. We share a door with Dollar General. Plenty of free parking outside :)

What ages do you allow?

Kids ages 1 - 12 will be allowed to play. Adults can come in to play with their children - each adult must be accompanied by a child!

What kind of activities do you offer?

Boston Playground strives to create a fun and free playing environment that does not rely on coin-operated or screen-based fun. We encourage guests to play and interact with others (and their imagination) and promote tactile development and social activities. Bounce in large bouncy arena, climb walls and swing off ropes, play a game of soccer pool, build using giant blocks, try some creative games and so much more! Recommended attire: Anything you or your child feel good to run and play in! All shoes must be removed while in the Playground.

Can I bring outside food in?

No food or drink is allowed in the play area. If you would like to have food while you play, you can come out to the common area at the entrance, or reserve the party room. We also ask that you help keep our facility Peanut-free due to possible allergies of other guests. For Parties, please refer to our Menu.

Can parents play too?

Adults can - and are encouraged - to play alongside their kids too! Many of our activities are fun and even challenging for adults. All children must be accompanied by at least one adult and there is no access to the facility for individual adults or groups of adults only.

What is the difference between Private and Open Play?

Private Play sessions are dedicated and totally private slots where you have the entire playground to yourselves! We offer 3 group sizes: Small (1-10 People), Medium (11-20 People) and Large (21-40 People) so that you can book to fit your group's needs. You get 1.5 hours in the playground, which is cleaned and sanitized before and after use. These sessions are available to book 7 days a week. Make it a party with the Birthday Party package! For +$50 you can have an extra 30 minutes of play and access to the private party room where yoiu can celebrate with food & drink. Open Play are designated weekend sessions during which any guests may come play and share the Playground space. We have a cap of 25 people maximum during these times and it is first come, first served. Guests may arrive anytime during Open Play sessions. No access to the Party Room during Open Play.
